Do I need my own Telnyx account?

Yes. Phone Clover runs on your Telnyx account, so the numbers stay yours and you pay Telnyx directly at Telnyx's prices. You pay us only for the software.How to connect Telnyx

Does calling work on mobile?

Calling runs in the desktop browser inside HighLevel, and calls can forward to a mobile number when a rep is away. Texting works in the HighLevel mobile app, because SMS goes through HighLevel itself.

Is it cheaper than LC Phone?

Per minute, yes: Telnyx calls cost less than half of LC Phone's rate. Your total also includes the Phone Clover subscription, so teams that call a lot save the most, and light users often pay a little more overall.

Can I keep my current number?

Yes. Hosted SMS adds business texting to an existing US landline or VoIP number without porting it. Mobile numbers are not supported for Hosted SMS.
