What does usage cost?
Nothing through us. Numbers, call minutes, texts, call recording and 10DLC registration fees are billed by Telnyx on your Telnyx account, with no markup from Phone Clover.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every new install can try Pro free for 14 days. You still pay Telnyx for any calls and texts during the trial.
Texting, Base or Pro?
Texting is for teams that only need HighLevel texting on Telnyx numbers, with Hosted SMS, 10DLC and delivery tools. Base adds the phone: calls in the browser, recordings, voicemail and routing. Pro adds calling lists, outcomes, the calls dashboard and AI Notes, for teams that call through lists every day.
What counts as a sub-account?
One HighLevel sub-account. Each has its own numbers, reps, routing and settings.
Do I pay per rep?
No. Every plan is priced per sub-account and includes unlimited reps.
How much is AI Notes?
It is included in Pro and Agency plans: 1,000 recorded minutes per sub-account each month, then $5 for each extra 1,000 minutes. It only runs on calls that are already recorded.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly for Texting, Base or Pro and get 2 months free. Agency Scale is billed yearly.
